Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects our customers, our systems and the people whose data passes through them. It applies to everyone who uses TOTO-Flow services and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Break the law or infringe others' rights, including intellectual property, privacy and data protection rights.

Send unsolicited bulk or deceptive messages, impersonate others, or use the services for fraud, phishing or harassment.

Record or process communications without the notices and consents the law requires.

Upload or process malware, or attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.

Interfere with the service, circumvent limits, or access accounts or data that are not yours.

Use the services to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review.

Resell or white-label the services without our written agreement.

Do not connect special-category personal data (such as health or biometric data), payment card numbers, or government identifiers unless we have agreed in writing that the specific service is suitable and the right safeguards are in place.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts, with notice where reasonably possible. Report abuse to info@totoflow.us.
